The UK's 10 best Eurovision entries |
|
Story filed Friday, 12 March 2010 |

The act who'll be peforming the UK's Stock & Waterman-penned 2010 Eurovision entry will be decided tonight on BBC1. We were asked elsewhere to write a piece about the UK's worst-ever Eurovision entries and, in the comments box underneath, someone has asked why we didn't focus on the best bits, too. So here are our ten favourite UK Eurovision entries. In keeping with what has turned out to be 'YouTube Friday' on Popjustice there's no commentary just clips.
1982: Bardo - 'One Step Further'
1996: Gina G - 'Ooh Aah... Just a Little Bit'
1991: Samantha Janus - 'A Message to Your Heart'
1981: Bucks Fizz - 'Making Your Mind Up'
2001: Lindsay - 'No Dream Impossible'
1994: Frances Ruffelle - 'Lonely Symphony (We Will Be Free)'
1988: Scott Fitzgerald - 'Go'
1967: Sandie Shaw - 'Puppet on a String'
1968: Cliff Richard - 'Congratulations'
1976: Brotherhood of Man - 'Save Your Kisses for Me'
ALL AMAZING.
