We were watching this trailer for The Jonas Brothers' shit new Disney series 'Jonas' - it's about The Jonas Brothers starting at a new school and being famous or some other such rubbish - and we started thinking about The Monkees, and then we remembered that Simon Fuller was supposed to have bought the rights to The Monkees, wasn't he? Didn't that happen a few years ago? In fact we're sure we spoke to someone who'd auditioned for a role in it. Did the whole thing happen and totally pass us by, or did it hit the skids? Or is it still likely to happen at some point in the future? Does anyone know?
