Title: The Secret Diary Of Eric Generic (Aged 41 and 1/4)
Producer: Daniel Lanois
Guest vocalists - 10 in all...5 male and 5 female: Philip Oakey, Martin Fry, Paul Buchanan, Howard Jones, Will Young. Kate Walsh, Little Boots, Suzanne Vega, Sarah Cracknell, KT Tunstall. The album alternates between male and female-sung tracks.
Sound: 80s-tinged electronic pop, from the melancholic (see: Blue Nile, Suzanne Vega) to the euphoric (see: Will Young, Little Boots) and some surprises inbetween.
It would *have* to be on Warner Brothers records, of course. Must have that label logo on the sleeve!

Id want a blend of power ballads and R&B/hip hop on mine, similar to Mariah Carey's Butterfly. But I would try to make sure I created my own signature sound, and make things sound somewhat modern. Wouldn't follow trends though, Id set them.
