This is really awful. I'm reading the book right now and Finnick is (in my mind), very tanned, very muscled, and slightly older. Like a hot 35 year old. That guy is 26. That's really too young for Finnick. Unless he buffs up a lot I guess, then I'll deal.

But Finnick isn't 35 is he? He's in his mid 20's.

Oh really? Well alright then. I thought he was described as 'young', but Games-young not really young. Because he had been a famous public figure for years and having affairs and shenanigans in the Capitol and all. But yeah that's also possible at mid 20s I guess.

Didn't his games take place 10 years ago? So he'd be 27 at most.

Oh alright. Then I just pictured him differently in my mind but still he's supposed to be muscled, bronze-skinned and golden-haired or something to that extent. With green eyes. So they better be getting that pale boy to the gym and the tanning salon!

I hope they make Jenna blonde. I don't even know if they mention if Johanna is blonde, but I just imagined her to be.

I wonder how Jena and whoever plays FInnick will deal with the naked scenes. Or if they'll even keep them in.

I have no idea why, but I've always imagined her as looking like Sindel from Mortal Kombat.

Also, the Finnick casting is terrible, yet I can't actually think of who'd be good for the part. Noone I've seen mentioned seems quite right.

I know it's ages away, but I am really quite excited for this. I've just finished reading the first book again and need to get my hands on the other two to refresh my memory. But everything seems to be in order for the films as far as I'm concerned.

The Johanna Mason cast is just how I imagined her. I can't wait for some sexy scene. Hehe. They did a great job with Mags too, even though her role won't be that big, I guess. Now Enobaria is worlds apart from what I imagined her to look like. She's a stunner nonetheless.
I'm so excited for the films. Catching Fire is the best out of the three parts, that's why I have high hopes.
EDIT: I just saw the rest of the cast and I think they are on a good way. The guy who plays Finnick is very handsome too.

Yeah she doesn't get mentioned in Mockingjay but I seem to remember her being one of the tributes thats part of the 'other' group that isn't Katniss/Peeta/Finnick/Johanna etc in Catching Fire. So we probably wont see much of her.

And Imma need to see that Sam Claffin guy bulk up in the gym before shooting starts. Not really how I imagined Finnick!

She's supposed to be scary not a lovely dusky beauty like they've chosen.

Jeffrey Wright is perfect casting.

The casting is pretty spot on so far.
