Another Song ID (With Video) - Biggest annoyance of my life!

I know I just posted a song I.D thread, but it reminded me of this, maybe I could finally find the answer on here!!

I need help finding the name of this song. as It's been bugging me for, literally, years!

The song is from a light up spinner toy that you buy in cheap stores, I have emailed the company to no response. I do know that there is a similar toy that plays a Venga Boys song - which is very similar in music style to this!

There is two parts to the song that can be heard - as it is looped. I can make out the lyrics -
1st part: "Driving/I Met in the Dark/Park/Car
2nd part: "We were friends like hand to glove/on the dot"

These might be completely off, but its what I can make out. I've tried searching for these lyrics nothing comes up.

As you can hear the song is very upbeat, dance pop... possibly Euro-pop, much like the Venga Boys!

If you have any idea what this song could be - I will forever be in your debt!! Thank you!
