Bloody hell, she's brilliant! Between Agnes, Robyn and Loreen, Sweden are just completely destroying the rest of the world in the electro-pop game. It's like Wynter Gordon x20. She can genuinely compete with US and UK artists with material like this, I'm excited for this album. She could have entered any of those 3 songs into the contest and still have won with flying colours. Never thought I'd find one of my favourite new artists through Eurovision....
Yeah because Lady Gaga is the only pop star of this generation to have an iconic anthematic song. California Gurls says hi. *Eye roll*

It is "BRILLIANT", it's the best song to come out of Eurovision in years.

It's my favourite Eurovision song ever. It's credibly good, not good for cheesy value or because of any back-story. It's just out and out pop perfection.

I think I've found someone to 'stan' for.

It's a gloriously trashy pop song. I can't remember the last time any Eurovision entry from another country crossed over and did well in the UK (not sure if "Lipstick" counts)!

Loreen is properly amazing. She has her own style and shines because it's quite unique, that artsy, symphonic, poppers o'clock type of dance music that she's making .

What. She entered the UK top 5 in less than 24 hours? That Loreen reign.

She's the best new thing since Cher Lloyd. The world at large needs to get into Lor-QUEEN.

I'm here for the LorQueen stan nickname.

She's growing closer to We Are Young.

My god, I know we're not supposed to discuss iTunes ratings manically here, but this is almost going to be as exciting as the voting process last night.
Born to run, get ahead of the rest.

    Don't steal my neologism.

The last time a non-UK or Eire winning song got better than #10 on the charts was 'Ein bißchen Frieden' in 1982 (according to Wikipedia), and that went to #1. Hopefully Loreen can maintain this iTunes position, or even beat fun..

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS MIGHT BE NUMBER ONE.

It's so fucking brilliant, let's quash """Fun""" and get this incredible, trashtastic masterpiece to the top spot.
    "Ardent Rihanna mud-slinger"

  13. #38
Sadly, I doubt it will keep the #1 all of this week. Unless the word of mouth effect is stronger than I anticipate.

I'm so glad she won Eurovision, no doubt she would place well. Looking forward to the album!

  15. #40
She's 5% away from hitting the top spot on UK iToonz.
Leaving out hideous expressions like 'Kelendria' (who even is that?) would be a good start. - Someboy re: Kelly Rowland's birth name

Oook she will have a top5 hit in UK...and that's it...One hit wonder...

  17. #42
She looks so much like Carly Rae Jepsen, it's kind of scary.

Her winners performance was some epic shit, too. Just incase anyone was wondering what I thought about the situation...
    Balance dad mysterious.

I can just hear Ainsley Harriott doing a version 'Korvonia!!!!' in a TV ad in 6 months time...

  19. #44
There's another version (from the remixes EP) at #173 on iTunes too, combined sales might get her ahead of Fun? The version from the Eurovision album doesn't appear to be charting.

I've bought it, absolutely amazing song. Been rooting for it for months. It was such an obvious winner, when I played it on my student radio show people were like "Is this actually Eurovision??!!"

  21. #46
#1 on UK iTunes! If this actually tops the charts here I will be so happy.

  22. #47
    Shaking and crying etc etc.

Surely even British radio has to start playing it now?

Incredible. She's now number one everywhere in Europe except for France, Italy and Portugal.

    Bitter flops!

I'm so happy this is doing well, it is seriously amazing! Sweden just gets it so right!

Apparently "Euphoria" will be added to the next Radio 1 A list. LorQUEEN.
