    This trailer is perfect. The debut film from Seth MacFarlane (Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show) and starring Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. I predict this film will be huge this summer.

    I love the trailer. Apparently it's very tame compared to the film. Definitely going to see this.

    I love the trailer and I cannot wait for the film now. I know Ted is going to be kind of like Brian/Stewie/Peter but that's what I want.

    This is such a "Wilfred"-rip off! But I guess I will watch it anyway.

    Saw it today and absolutely loved it, so many funny moments. I could list out loads and loads.

    Just saw this tonight and it was absolutely brilliant, I don't think I've laughed out much at a film ever! It even tops Bridesmaids for me!!

    Katy Perry gets a bit of a dig at one point, when Mark Wahlberg is singing dreadfully and Ted says "still better than Katy Perry".
    The Susan Boyle comment made me HOWL. And "Tubby McFatFuck".

    I have to see this again, so many brilliant bits ah it was amazing! GO SEE IT!

    I wasn't overly impressed, but did enjoy parts. Put it this way, I wouldn't ever rush to see it again, but I didn't leave the cinema feeling like I'd wasted an hour and a half of my life.

    I might write up a bigger review when it's not 3am, but essentially, the level of comedy was just a bit too juvenile for me. Don't get me wrong, I like an easy-breezy comedy as much as the next guy, but I didn't really feel like the humour ever really lifted above anything that a 16 year-old teenage male could've produced - maybe the odd occasion here and there. Generally, it was pretty much just a cycle of fratboy gross-out gags/'shocking' visuals, football-pitch insults, and slapstick, with the occasional odd smattering of 'emotional' content here and there (which I couldn't/didn't particularly take too seriously).

    That said, there was good CGI, good acting, and a very good voice-over for Ted, from Seth MacFarlane. But if you're looking for a slick, smart comedy, then this isn't it. Aim your estimations at a much more 'Hangover' style level here, and if that's your thing, then you'll probably enjoy this a lot.

    I was really impressed with the trailer, but having seen the film it doesn't live up to expectations. I agree with EnsareTheSenses, it wasn't my type of comedy. I think I found the bit where they're dancing at the club quite funny, but that was about it.

    I did enjoy this, but the ending was lame - kind of a cop out, I thought. The biggest laugh it got from me though was in the opening credits when a photo montage showed John and Lori on horseback, with Ted next to them on the back of an Alsatian!
    It's = it is/it has. Its = its.
