Loreen had great control of her voice considering the other aspects of her performance, but it was more like moving around than dancing.

Yeah for me Cheryl is the performance of the year so far, flawless!
That's how you do dancing pop performances!

This is amazing and will obviously go on to become a huge seller. The campaign is a bit like being blue balled and when it finally comes out, it will be MASSIVE.

Is this song really not out yet? I mean.... mid April premiere. The video early May. Performed last week. And we still have to wait 8 more days until it's actually for sale. Will anyone care?

  5. #1280
It should have come out right after The Voice.....now I'm not so sure she will debut at #1. It's really, really fucking easy to download a song illegally.
There is only one Queen of Pop, and she does not share power!

This will be the biggest selling no1 of this year so far

That's going to be Barlow with "Sing". And it depends on his staying power, if he still goes strong next week I can see Cheryl missing the 1 spot.

Last week would have been the perfect moment to release it, but her record label is lame.

Is this still not out? I was over it about a month ago. This must be one of the longest run-ups to a release ever.

Personally I can't see the Borelow song selling after the Jubilee but you never know... Call My Name has had so many pre-orders by now I'm confident.

Oh please, that Barlow shit will be lucky to still be in the Top 10 next week. Cheryl can bag the #1 easily, even with the fact she's losing a truckload of sales with this ridiculously wait.

I can't believe how early they premièred this. I just assumed they'd bring it forward and say it was because of "demand"

It'll sell well but I think it probably could have sold more had they not had about 3 years between the radio premier and iTunes release.

I think Cheryl is confident this will go to number 1, she hasn't been promoting it on Twitter, she's quite laid back about it all really:)

If your username refers to this track, I feel you may live to regret it... if it is the Charlotte Church classic then you are a PJ legend in the making.

Are there any more planned performances? I can't believe they didn't bring forward the release date.

  16. #1291
I'm expecting her to perform on Daybreak/Lorraine and call it a day? Maybe it's a bit low key for her though?

She's on Norton on Friday don't know if she's performing.

She is, my tv guide says she is performing Call My Name. I would love her to do it acoustic though, as she needs to try and prove to people she can sing live well after that terrible performance yesterday.

"Call My Name" feels like her first single to me.

Going into the other two album campaigns I was aware they were just "X Factor" cash-in's and would be limited to the UK.

This album feels like ground zero to me, the quality has to be there because she is hoping to sell it to America and I couldn't get "Call My Name" out my head for a day and a half last week.

That won't change anything... she better perform Call My Name how it has to be performed, I could accept a performance like the one she did for Promise This at CIN 2010.

Oh yeah, that would work well actually, I completely forgotten about that performance.

If ever there were a song I didn't want to hear acoustically, it's this one.

Hmm she said recently that breaking the U.S. is not a priority.

I knew i am probably like a broken record..

But i just cannot believe Cheryl's done so many interview's and not even been asked about Nadine or talked about her at all specifically.
I mean does she come with a sheet of banned topics or something, how does she get away with. I like it, she's telling us the truth finally
about the X Factor drama, Cowell, Cher, her marriage etc everything she wouldn't talk about and finally is - but Nadine was one of those unspoken topics and how long will it be before she discusses it!? or an interviewer asks her about the rumors in the papers

Does the world just not give a damn about Nadine so no one asks, or does she ban it from being asked?

`Even Popjustice didn't have the nerve to ask!! whats the deal?

Even Kimberley, in a mag was mentioned that the girls came to visit her at Shrek, she qas quick to rectify to make a point that only Cheryl, Nicola and Sarah came.

Maybe simply no one cares? They've accepted that something is happening with the band soon and that they're not going to reveal anything right now so there's no point asking about their current circumstances. And yes, her PR might have even banned asking any questions about the band as she wants to concentrate on discussing her solo projects. They arranged a press day for her album and she was there to talk about that album.
