They have been recording songs for the second album already, including songs co-written ones. A rumoured song title for the first single is 'Heartbreakers'.

It's all about I Should've Kissed You and Another World. I'm sure there will be an iTunes re-release (platinum edition, anyone?) or an EP in the USA to cash in on their B-Sides.

There is an Australian re-release with the B Sides on there. I love all three and agree that they are probably better than some of the album tracks.

Niall is saying that there'll be a single out in around September. I'm kind of sad for the US album run, simply for the fact that there'll be barely any time for One Thing (which is already doing great) to get a real push and promotion. For such a great album with so many potential hit singles, it's just a bit tragic for it get 1.5 singles before album #2 - instead of the five or six American singles that it deserves.

I mentioned it in the Unpopular Opinions thread before, but I love Gotta Be You. What Makes You Beautiful is undeniable as well, it always amazes me how well it goes down at parties and clubs.

One thing I noticed though is that their voices on record are not as distinguishable as they are live. In a live setting their voices have so much more character and individuality, it gets stripped away with the production and their sound on studio recordings.

The first single is going to be out sometime in August probably. The lyric video for WMYB went up on August 10th last year, so I imagine they're going to follow a similar release pattern this year.

So so so excited, in the sense that I found their debut pretty much flawless. However, I will say this for the millionth time in this thread... One Thing is just picking up on US airplay. How tragic it is, that it's going to have a curtailed chart run (and don't get me started on the fact that the US will only get 1.5 singles, compared to the 5 or 6 that this album deserves).

I think it will have an insane debut in the US when it gets released.

Someone's made Zayn's vocal on the chorus of What Makes You Beautiful share the lead with Harry and it sounds brilliant.
