Yes! It's the main reason I bought this, couldn't find it anywhere as an mp3 download.

A right rum assortment over the last few days:

Kylie - Aphrodite (Deluxe) - 2,75 on amazon.
Paula Abdul - Shut up and Dance
Karyn White - third album from 1994 I didn't even know about!
10,000 Maniacs - MTV Unplugged, Hope Chest and The Wishing Chair
Recoil - first album from 1992
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me

    Bought a lot this week...

Especially pleased with getting the Black Eyed Peas, Keri Hilson and Natasha Bedingfield albums I all wanted anyway for 2 euro a piece, ánd the cardboard promo version of Cheryl's 3 Words, which I assume is quite rare?

And here's the (wonderful 2 euro a piece) albums (10 pic limit a post apparently).

    Holy fuck nugget Mvnl.
You took my heartbeat from me, this is the saddest story

I actually (re)bought that CeCe Peniston album recently. Also spotted M2M's second album in there.

    Well spotted!
I feel ridiculously lucky for not coming across the usual 'oh for this price I might as well take it' material but a lot of CDs that were actually on my wishlist for a long time. M2M was in my basket from Zoverstocks already, but buying it first person is obviously preferable.

Bloodline? Good album, but, ahem, it's actually technically his third. 1+2 (mini-album 1986) & Hydrology (1988) came before, and if you don't have them, you should! They're available as a single CD release which is highly recommended. Hydrology is just gobsmackingly amazing!

    This week:

Soulsavers/Dave Gahan - The Light The Dead See CD
    Mirrors - Lights & Offerings Greek 2CD
Marc Almond - Marc Mix CD
Marc Almond - Live In Barcelona CD/DVD
Morten Harket - Out Of My Hands CD
Nitzer Ebb - As Is CD/cassette promo box set

And finally one of my seven most wanted things in the world:

Omd - Enola Gay 7" Dutch green vinyl.

My life is now complete, etc...

Oops, I'm not up to speed on Recoil even though I should be! I'll have to investigate those earlier releases; I've wanted Bloodline for ages but always found rather shabby copies...this one was in good nick and only £3! That new Soulsavers album sounds terrific, from what I heard of it in HMV last week. Better than anything DM have done in years.

    Contained myself today!*

*Translation: I owned all the other ones I could find already.

Weird, unexpected find in my local Charity shop, two japanese Stacie Orrico albums, her self titled, and Live concert CD. Snapped up both, along with the album from Amy Nuttall from Downton Abbey.

Bought these albums used, and I'm very happy with them.

    All Saints- All Saints
Hesta Prynn- Can We Go Wrong EP
    Cheryl Cole- Messy Little Raindrops
    Sugababes- Angels With Dirty Faces

Completely failed to win any of the eBay auctions I was bidding on this evening, so I bought myself a Rachel Stevens single instead. I'm sure it all balances out somehow...

Wayhey, someone's got an original (promo?) copy of FLM, and a Mariah Carey CD from when she was still gorgeous.

It's the german 'superdeluxe' edition with 2 mixes tagged on.
Wonder if it's genuine cause the booklet's empty on the inside.. but I doubt anyone would go through the trouble of faking it.
Lately I've been buying quite a lot of albums I have never heard just because of the excitement of finding them!

I see you bought Mes Courants Electriques by Alizée from the Album Shuffle thread.

  19. #1119
Yes, although, like all, it was a second hand purchase so a pure coincidence I walked into it!

It's more than likely genuine, the only original issue version of FLM I've seen with a proper lyric booklet is the German version on Blow Up Records. Not sure if anywhere else got one, even the UK one is just a single piece of card with credits on the back.

Gosh, I get earlier every year.

Went back to the charity shop today and they had the Japanese version of Stacie Orrico's Christmas album.

    I bought it.

It's genuine. Most annoyingly, the Megamix of Showing Out/Respectable on it is from VINYL! Same on the other 2 CDs it's included on... That's the way it is (boom).

Gloria Estefan's Miss Little Havana from... Argentina. God knows when that will arrive.

  24. #1124
I'm not sure where my FLM comes from - it has a similar tint to Mvnl's copy, rather than the warmer colours of the LP and Cherry Pop reissue. I think it has a very basic booklet/inlay as well. Will have to check!

The 'photocopy'-ish sleeve is used on the original pressings from 1987, I suspect you have the Supreme Records UK CD. In the early 1990s, EMI Gold re-issued the album with the colour sleeve, which Cherry Pop used too.
