What do you think of her music/albums?
I think she has some cracking songs like 'One Word' and 'More Than Life Itself'.

    She is rubbish.
Sleeping In The Nothing is a nicely crafted album. Hats off Linda Perry.
One Word is a brilliant song. The rest of them from that album are quite forgettable, but they are listenable.
    Her first album was rubbish.

Sleeping In the Nothing is a great album. It owes a lot more to Linda Perry than Kelly Osbourne, but songs like One Word, Red Light, Suburbia and Entropy make the album worth having. The problem with Kelly Osbourne as a 'singer' is that she doesn't seem to be convinced that she can be a pop star herself. Her two albums seemed more like her taking good opportunities rather than a burning desire to be a pop star. I'd be interested if she made a third album but there'd be no point if her heart isn't in it, which so far it hasn't been.

Who thought 'One word' was perfect for Kelly when Kylie could have done it and it would have been number one for weeks. The fact that Kylie then did 'Like a drug' proves this theory. That said, it is an immense track, love the video too.

I actually prefer her pop-punk album 'Shut Up' to 'One Word'. I know that even the woman herself isn't too fond of it, but I think it's just so feisty and in your face, I love it.

Very of the time... it's quite embarrassing that The Osbournes TV show was so popular. I still never made it through an episode. The albums were just by-products. I loved One Word, the video was quite cool, and even the snarly punky pop stuff was fun and sing-alongy... I like her 80s covers, too. Sound Of The Crowd (Human League) and Two Of Hearts (Stacey Q). The former was the B-side to One Word and the latter was a Japan bonus track on Sleeping In The Nothing.

Ah yes, Two of hearts, I forgot about that.

She did a good job of it, nearly as good as the original in fact (although you can't better the original so she was on a hiding to nothing there!)

I think 'Sleeping In The Nothing' has some great songs. Red Light and Save Me are cracking.
I don't mind her first record 'Shut Up'. I like her cover of Papa Don't Preach and some of 60's-sounding tracks like Cool Head.
There were rumours last year that she was working on a new album but I'm not possitive this is still true?

I just wanted to confirm that yes, 'Sleeping In The Nothing' is still as amazing of an album as it was 7 years ago.

I know it's an unpopular opinion round these parts, but while I really liked her first album and think One Word was brilliant I do not care for the rest of her second album at all. *puts on Come Dig Me Out instead*

I like that very of it's time pop-rock sound (Avril, Ashlee et al) but I never really took to Kelly Osbourne's attempts. One Word is amazing though.

I love her cover of Papa Don't Preach and I like One Word (although it's basically Fade To Grey) but I agree that she always seemed to just be playing at being a popstar rather than really being into it it.
