News of her recording and record deals are starting to arise, so i thought why not create a thread to see what people views and opinions are on her new project.
It has been tweeted by Will.i.am that him and cher have recorded as 'Smasher', it was recorded on the monday after the X-Factor final.
It has also been reported that Simon has signed her to his record label.

Like it, i think it should be 'harder' though. I like the image, but i think as Will.i.am has got a hold of her i think she's going to go 'Imma Be' - 'Boom Boom Pow' which isnt a bad thing.

I think ballads are what people wanted on the show, but now she is out of it, I doubt those people will even buy her music. She should release music that she is more comfortable with, which is probably something like Do It Like A Dude

but i doubt they will considering that lasso in the charts (Alexa Goddard?) cashed in on it which leaves me of a low opinion of her...

But i hope it's not just full of covers, one - Turn my swag on or Stay, would be good, but the rest should be original.

SO excited for this album. Say what you want about her personality but Cher is just 100% pure popstar with attitude. Fab voice, perfect style, so much potential. And with Will.I.am - the perfect partnership im sure.

She's ugly, her singing is woefully mediocre and she wouldn't be able to write a single rap-verse on her own. Cheryl 2.0 is probably the best they could come up with, and single/album will be a dead-cert for #1.

She probably couldn't write a rap or rap like this, and this isn't the height of creativity. Just think it's fun and, she could suit this song! Alesha should have released it as her lead single.

I generally want her to come at us hard because she is at the end of the day a brash bitch, let's be honest here. I don't think any Check It Out type shit would mesh well with Cher's persona as an artist at all and that sort of worries me because at the end of the day William is now her 'creative producer'. On the other hand Cher isn't Cheryl Cole and is infact capable of grabbing hold of the reigns and henceforth it could be absolutely spectacular.
