I LOVE Becky! She's the best character in Coronation Street. Although she's no Karen McDonald.

She is a true soap bitch with no remorse for any evil she does. Plus she is far more intelligent than her 'nasty character' counterparts e.g. dimwit David.

Not to mention her sexiness is just a bonus.

She is WEIRD LOOKING in an unpleasant way.

I can't see how Tracy can come back full time, she's in prison for murder! She won't be due parole for a LONG time yet. All I can think is they'll find ways for various characters to go in and out of prison and Tracy will be stirring it. Becky will no doubt end up in the slammer over something.

That is YOUR opinion, in mine she is the best looking woman in corrie. And I don't find many white women from my country attractive.

Oh I'm sure it will have something to do with Blanche's inheritance, Tracy will use the money for appeal, win, and be back on the street. The script writters will have gave Tracy that money for a reason.

But she's a terrible actress, which means every one of her bitchy one-liners and big storylines are always doomed to fall a bit flat because she just doesn't even have the chops. She couldn't even throw a chair with much vigour for crying out loud!

Tracey's eyes get further apart from each other every week. She was "alright" as an actress before, but those years away have done her NO good. She's Crossroads-bad at the moment.
Replying with GIFs is like arguing with a tree - really boring.

Terrible actress?!?! I'll admit shes not movie material, but she is far better than half the street, plus miles better than Dawn Acton ever was.

    You confuse me.

Right, so criminally there's only been ONE MEASLY episode of Corrie this week, when there should have been FIVE! Am I going to be reimbursed or are these eps just another casualty of the World Cup's sweaty, boorish grip on the schedule?

Are the other soaps being affected does anyone know? I only watch corrie and hollyoaks... but obviously hollyoaks is unaffected as its channel 4.

That made me laugh - a corpse could play the role of Tracy better than Dawn Acton did. She was shockingly bad.

I think Kate Ford is ok, but she's a bit OTT with her delivery sometimes. If she toned it down a little and didn't over emphasise every word and facial expression she'd be far more convincing.
    It's = it is/it has. Its = its.

Snoop Dogg in Corrie?!?!?! Please let this be true!

He could be the driver of the tram that crashes off the viaduct in December!

If he really is being thought of for a part I will talk serious, personally I would think if he were to be the tram driver that would be quite gimmicky for corrie and their 50th getting big names in just for the anniversary, which i personally think is a stupid way to 'celebrate' all together. People want happy fluff for things like an anniversary, and I do think the general audience would have much prefered old characters coming back, not wrist slitting eastenders material.

ANYWAY... back to snoop dogg, I just needed a rant about the awful storyline choice... I think it would be better if he was brought in at early 2011, having a classic corrie comedy storyline, like Julie having a one night stand with him or something.

I loved all the Sian and Sophie stuff in Monday's episodes. It was really well written.

I have one question - what kind of name is Sian? Is it actually a common name? I'd never heard of it before this storyline. And I thought it was "See-an" after reading her name online.

There was a girl in my year with it, and the only other Sian I can think of now is the woman who does the weather (her MP-ex went on to grab a Cheeky Girl). So maybe not that common?

The woman from 'cutting it' and the mad one Sally in 'emmerdale''s name is Sian Reeves so it is a fairly common name. I don't buy her and Sophie as lesbians, I get the feeling they don't either.

    Claudia is fieeerrcce.

(I know that word is looked down upon 'round these parts but sometimes it's just plain necessary!)

  24. #224
Sian isn't that uncommon a name in the UK. It's welsh in origin.

Yes, I loved tonight's episode and her and Rita getting blocked in the corner booth together. I hope they keep her in a recurring role. She's so glam and such a bitch. Like something out of Dynasty!

Also Audrey Roberts is only 67 in real life! (I googled it.) How shit for that actress having to act celebrating a 70th birthday prematurely! Loved Lewis' freak out tonight and his slapping down of Gail.
