Most 'wintery' sounding song for me:

Try not to read this. You just did didn\'t you? oh well...
Now you've said that Leon, I want a video of Sophie wandering through a blizzard with penguins and polar bears, singing that song! Amazing.
We're Dancing Around The Kitchen In The Refrigerator Light, Down The Stairs, I Was There, I Remember It All Too Well...
I did something similar when I was walking home once but it was a very windy autumn day it was perfect.

"Hello, Hello" is very wintry. I would like something like that, or at least for Sophie to break out of her DJ-collaboration hell.
SEXY SOPHIE SHOWS HER GROOVEJET
Zomg, I tried to register in this forum for over a year, and now it's finally happened. I am the lone (probably literally) German fan wading out into the wackiness of this thread. Happy to be here.
As far as wintry music goes, 'Hello, Hello' is the only song of hers that fits my definition. I do so love that song.
'Hello, Hello' is the single that should've been... I can see the video now - Sophie looses her footing whilst hiking through some snowy mountains, and falls... We then see her again, but paler than she usually is, she's stalking a crying man through a ski resort, but he never notices her, he turns around at one point, and Sophie smiles, but he walks through her - as he does, we get flashbacks to their happy life together - Sophie finally realises she's actually a ghost, and wanders back up the mountains, the final scene is of her wandering into a heavy flurry of snow...

Hello, Hello is my favourite Sophie song, it's so incredibly raw and emotional. I love that she's capable of that level of songwriting.
She wrote I Am Not Good At Not Getting What I Want in her teens. So i'm going to say that she has always been capable of writing good songs.

Love all the Hello Hello and Nowhere Without You love. Probably two of my Top3 Sophie songs. The third one obviously being Today The Sun's On Us.
Murder On The Dancefloor is up.

I kept smiling, and my eyes were filled up. Honest! That performance of Murder just made me realise how terribly underrated she is in the UK. There in Jakarta you have an enormous audience waiting to see her perform... it's just..it must have been so fulfilling for her to see such a responsive crowd. Most of them had their hands in the air. I'm dying to see the Revolution performance. We've seen the Not Giving Up performance where she asks everyone to light up the dark.... She's a brilliant performer. I hope I get to see her live someday.

Get over you and Groovejet performances are also amazing! she made all the crowd sang eye eye eye eye!!! i love that part. And when she shout chic chic ah! like the old times!!!
We're all talking about our favourite songs by Sophie... well i think my top is
1. Magic
2. Can't Have It All
3. The Walls Keep Saying Your Name
4. Final Move
Talking about singles, well, I think that the releases from "Trip he Light Fantastic" are very weak, if you see the rest of the tracklist of the album. I'd released (if I were Sophie) "If I Can't Dance" as the 1st single, then "If You Go", then a ballad, "Can't Have It All" and maybe as 4th single "New York City Lights"
Oh my god she's screaming just before the middle-8.... I'm dying to listen to this song in full!

For me this snippet of a new song feat. Mathieu Bouthier is amazing.

I love this Sophie. Before Make A Scene was released, I kept saying I want bitchy Sophie back. This song reminds me of the Read My Lips days. It sounds good to me.
Couple of days late, but yeah, it sounds very good to me as well. There's an untagged version of the same snippet on Sophierazzi.

It is torture! I'm dying to listen to the full length. Does the production remind anyone of Hilary's Dignity album - that sort of electro pop that paved the way for modern Dr. Luke productions...
Sophie vocals sound so sexy on that track. I'd love more sexy vocals on her fifth record.. It would be nice to have her melancholic slowies and her sexy bitchy numbers on one album.
