Gaga's vocals are at her best when its just her and the piano, here especially she is concentrating on what she is doing rather than playing to the crowd and it shows. What I like about her vocals is how different she sounds - compare her Bad Romance Vocals to Teeth to Speechless, etc etc - on different styles of track. I think she has a lovely voice, if I wanted vocal gymnastics I'd listen to Mariah Carey whose music leaves me cold. Gaga has real emotion in her voice, it sends shivers down my back when she does her acoustic songs. This is something I don't get from Mariah, Adele or Christine, all arguably better vocalists than Gaga. She is versatile, there is no arguing about that.
As for Eh Eh, admittedly its a matter of personal taste but I still say its the worst song she has done. And, another unpopular opinion alert, I hate the hair bow, not one of her better looks even though its probably one of her iconic ones.
EDIT - I saw her performing at some festival the other week on TV, can't recall the name but it was Spain I think, back in her Fame days. Her vocals were nowhere near as good as they are now, she has worked at them, something Rihanna and Katy Perry could do with devoting more than a little time to.

Half psychotic, sick hypnotic, got my blueprint, its symphonic
I just think she has a more theater kind of voice, where it lacks in possible strength or range it makes up for in a unique sound and personality.
I'd say her voice is probably the most unique one in pop next to Britney's. Their voices are the hardest to mimic. Even Myah Marie has trouble really capturing Britney's tone, despite being able to sound nearly the same like on Black Wiidow, and whatever demo singer does Nothing On But The Radio who lacks that previously mentioned nasally tone in their voice that is distinctively Gaga.

I agree, she said it herself in the Monster Ball DVD about being at theatre school and being told her voice was too pop for theatre and too theatre for pop. The word "theatrical" probably sums Gaga up the best, she is not just a singer, or even just a musician/songwriter. Her performance art past is obvious in everything she does.
I'd agree about her unique voice as well, I've heard people with what most people would consider better voices singing Edge of Glory, but that ineffable something that Gaga has is missing.

Unreleased tracks???
No Way, Changing Skies and Living On The Radio are amazing.

I love Changing Skies.
Also, can we all talk about how amazing So Happy I Could Die is? Thanks.
Balance dad mysterious.
I hate So Happy I Could Die. The lyrics piss me off every time and the melody is irritating.
I actually really dislike The Fame Monster outside of Bad Romance, Telephone and Dance In The Dark. The Fame and to a greater extent Born This Way are far superior.
Yeah because Lady Gaga is the only pop star of this generation to have an iconic anthematic song. California Gurls says hi. *Eye roll*
No way, The Fame Monster remains her crown jewel (except for Teeth). So Happy I Could Die is incredible and totally up there with Heavy Metal Lover. Though obviously Born This Way is almost equally as amazing, it probably has more good songs but the strength of The Fame Monster was that it was 7 consecutive incredibly amazing songs, and on Born This Way it's a bit more spread out.
I don't like Heavy Metal Lover either haha, so I guess they're on the same lame level. ~controversial~
I like that The Fame Monster blends together too, but apart from the 3 I noted, nothing much sticks out. Alejandro/Monster bore me, Speechless is horrific, and that noise that makes her sound like she's having a shit into a vocoder at the beginning of So Happy I Could Die is just the worst thing to have straight after the brilliance of Telephone. I like Born This Way for its peaks and troughs and bumps along the way, keeps you constantly on your toes. And you can delete a good proportion of it off and keep the great stuff like I do for a still quite wholesome and large listen.

So Happy I Could Die was one of the main highlights of the Monster Ball for me, the twister interlude then her launching straight into the song while wearing that living dress and the stage rising up 20 feet. Flawless. Infact, the whole Fame Monster lends itself perfectly to a live concert.
Teeth is amazing and I will not hear a word against it.

I initially dismissed 'Teeth' and 'Heavy Metal Lover' but they've both grown on me :). 'Teeth' is so random, me and my friend always have a good laugh at the lyrics!
I really enjoyed her episode of The Simpsons!
Of course it wasn't that funny, but that's just how The Simpsons is nowadays (she should go on Family Guy) - although I thought it was quite hilarious when Marge had to have sex with Homer immediately after kissing Gaga.
I thought she did a really good job with the script and I have every faith that she'll be alright with any future movie cameo's she might have. I also loved how she really joined in with taking the piss out of her "martyr" status.
"Spit ya fluidest, Bitch..."
The episode was stupid but funny. An average Simpons episode really haha. Family Guy's Viewer Mail impressed me more.
She should be on Big Bang Theory and drive Sheldon completely insane with her irrational, hippy-dippy talk and love for (inferior) social sciences.
Unpopular Opinion alert - My favourite GaGa performance is her BRIT awards 2012 set. What an incredible moment it was.
"Ardent Rihanna mud-slinger"
You mean BRIT award 2010? Telephone acoustic plus Dance In The Dark? That's definitely a favourite of mine as well!
Yes sorry, haha. It just defied all expectation and managed to buck the trend of her other piano driven performances by actually evoking emotion, whilst I love her for the obscure song choices/arrangements at the biggest UK promo slot she's get all year.
