She said it in a Little Monsters chat last fall (?) She said something about how she was just going to release the commercial volume instead, but also mentioned that the songs on the experimental version were also catchy, so it wouldn't matter which she put out in the end.

What are you talking about? Gaga needs to do another Telephone, its her best example of generic top 40 pop and girl needs a hit on ArtPop. Even Gaga attempting in da club generic music is better than anyone else haha.
