I'm surprised that the recent Chris Brown & Rihanna stuff didn't cause more of a media backlash. It doesn't seem to have made a huge difference in terms of the general public's perception of her, unless I'm missing something.
Shut up loser!

Definately. The S&M remix was atrocious on all accounts. People only bought it because it was said to be Rihanna feat. Britney Spears, but it turned out to be Rihanna feat. Robotney.Originally Posted by bobbyrae

Robotney is all well and good in small doses.
It's Coldney who is the culprit.
Yeah she sounds like she had a cold indeed.Originally Posted by ihateyourmother

My guess is because they weren't properly released? Especially since this was all circulated throughout Twitter; the general public doesn't care about a celebs crazy tweets. No proper promotion or radio release at all, just leaked.Originally Posted by mcuk

What an amazing reaction from Rihanna.
Has Goldie Hawn's wig been snatched?
That's the Rihanna I know and love. And can I just say that contrary to popular belief; she doesn't have a 'vile' personality. A few tweets does not a personality make and I actually find it quite sad that people now decide if a person is vile or not based on their social network. There's a lot more to a human than that.

Handled so well, so professionally while at the same time getting her own 'punch' in when she insults the reporter.* I wish she would carry that same persona on the internet.Originally Posted by BML

Meet your new stepmom, kid.
Why is she looking so white? is it the lighting on that video?
It's a good exchange. I'm glad she didn't even entertain such a fucking stupid question to begin with, and came across as more gravely unimpressed and disappointed rather than bratty and petulant. Someone get her off Twitter already; it's the source of all her problems.
How funny would it be* if all of these supposed subliminal Chris tweets were about Ashton the whole time.
*Not very.

HELL YES. Would love that. And would love to hear Rihanna doing R.I.P. Its actually a really great song. Guarantee if he was heavily involved in a Rihanna album it would be one of her best. She could go more R&B with a few pop songs.
I really liked the way she handled that question too, and can only echo what others have said about her split personality when it comes to Twitter. I get the feeling that she was probably a little intimidated being surrounded by so many actors on the Q&A of such a blockbuster film - uncharted territory for her. And when you're trying to appear as professional as you can, it must be so embarrassing to be asked such a personal question, drawing everyone's attention back to the accessible, 'Tabloid Rihanna'. A shame for her, but that's the Rihanna we need to be seeing now. Mature and assertive when dealing with shit. Many of the YouTube comments are moronic.
As for an album with Drake, well, it's an interesting idea. It keeps her working, if that's what Def Jam she desperately wants her to do, but won't tip her over the edge work-wise. If the pair could put out a few good singles over the late 2012/2013 period, she could really take some time to come back with great material in late 2013.
