I love the album cover.
Amazing cover. Arghhh I'm so excited, I felt like this would never come! I literally hammered Bright Lights (and Lights before it) to the point of knowing the music off by heart. I hope for something of the same standard - more experimental yet retaining the folk influences if possible.
Bring it Ellie!
I'm about to drown in the ocean.
Bright Lights remains the greatest re-release in my book, with competition from perhaps The Fame Monster. The leap of quality from most of the Lights-tracks to the tracks on the re-release is ridiculously high, and the original album wasn't bad by any means.
Born to run, get ahead of the rest.
I AM STANNING SO MUCH RIGHT NOW I CANNOT BREATHE.
HOLY SHIT, MY QUEEN GOULDING HAS AN ALBUM OUT A FEW DAYS AFTER MY BIRTHDAY!
Its so weird as all I've done today is gone on about how amazing she is and then this appears!
Slay me Ellie
I'm overjoyed that they aren't stalling any more with this and are seeing sense/striking while the iron is hot. The title sounds very Ellie.
I don't really like the album cover, but I love the album title, and i'm well excited for this, October will hopefully come really fast, we'll have both Ellie and Calvin's albums in the same month, possibly two Calvin/Ellie tracks if we're super lucky
I'm so ready for new Ellie. Her output is generally amazing.
Bow to the hands of god.
The cover's okay. Just like the cover for Lights was. Hopefully that means the cover of the inevitable Halcyon Days will be as great as Bright Lights'.
...According to a study I'm thinking of conducting.
Amazing artwork once again (poor Little Boots though). This, the new Bat For Lashes record and the re-release of 'Born To Die' will slay me this winter. Can't wait.
She looks like Christina Aguilera on the album cover, but it's still great. Ellie's best photos are when she's whipping her hair back and forth.
Surprisingly excited for this. If you take the best tracks from Lights and Bright Lights, one of the best albums of its year emerges. Alas, "Guns And Horses" and "I'll Hold My Breath" just had to exist, didn't they?
So Oct 8 for UK, Oct 9 for US.
For fans of the signed copy of the album, you can pre-order it on play.com:

Surely they'll include Lights on the US version as a bonus track?
Born to run, get ahead of the rest.
