The best part about her catchy music is its never proclaiming itself to be deep and symbolic, just pure shallow sex for what the masses want.

And I do love her for that. It's reassuring.
She always delivers. At least, she has in recent years for me. I just hope this new album can stand up to my love for Blackout and Circus. Seeing as how pop music has swung into my preference for electronic sounds lately, I don't see how she can mess it up. She could potentially change drastically in the album after this one, but I have a feeling I'll at least get a trio of amazing, electronic pop albums out of her.

God, I hopes she preforms at the VMA's and BRINGS IT. It's Britney, BITCH!

This is both her blessing and her curse. She's very good at it, but how long can she milk this cow? How can she mature?

She is so misled. I feel like she and her music can only grow if somebody forces her to write about her feelings. Like a diary, except with time she could make amazing, heartfelt and honest songs. If I were her manager I would immediately sent her for some vocal lessons. Private of course, we don't want everyone to know, rigth? haha

I don't know if this would be good though. I mean, the last time she wrote about her "feelings" we got My Baby.

How do you know what we have already isn't her with vocal lessons? I'd figure she's constantly getting vocally trained, considering she's a recording artist. (though, I'm not a singer, so I really wouldn't know what's typical of said profession) Perhaps her voice would be unlistenable without the training she's already receiving. Who knows.

I'm guessing that vocal training isn't really a norm, since Madonna had to get vocal training for that role in Evita (and it ended up helping on Ray of Light).
Bang pop pop this thing go pow.

But wouldn't that be vocal training for a totally different style of singing voice? Training her voice to be more broadway, as opposed to pop? Which would be different than every day vocal training for a popstars norm...I just remember watching all the making-the-band shows and similar shows displaying the recording process of (sometimes already established) popstars, and they always seem to have a vocal coach on hand when needed.

    From TvGuide

ere's one Glee fans should have seen coming: That upcoming Britney Spears-themed episode? It will revolve around New Directions' own Brittany (Heather Morris).

    Of course!

Series creator Ryan Murphy tells TVGuide.com exclusively that McKinley High's deliciously ditzy Cheerio Brittany will be at the center of Season 2's tribute to Spears.

Is Glee reaching too far with a Britney-themed episode?

And it gets better. Brittany will be belting out not one, but two of the pop star's tunes. "Heather's actually got a terrific voice," Murphy says.

No word yet on which numbers they'll be, but just imagine the possibilities: Brittany could sing "Boys" (because she's hooked up with everyone, even Kurt) or "Toxic" (which could be her ode to Kurt!)

Would "Oops!...I Did It Again" be too obvious? Hmm...

Morris already seems sold on the idea. "I heard there's a Britney Spears episode coming up and fingers crossed that I get to sing, because I play Brittany and I'm like, 'Oh my god, it's insane,'" Morris told E! Online last month.

Freshmen series Glee, Modern Family dominate Emmy nominations

Glee fans won't have to wait long to find out how Morris sounds. Murphy said the Spears-powered hour will be the second episode to air next season.

Gleeks, what do you think Brittany should sing? And in what scenario?

    http://www.tvguide.com/News/Glee-Bri...s-1020459.aspx
I'm shocked that it will be the second episode of the season, but if Britney also has a single out by then this could really work in her favor. Hopefully Britney & Co will capitalize on this opportunity!!

I have a feeling this episode will have some intense choreography, especially if Heather Morris s front and center, she could really do Me Against the Music justice.

That's what I was thinking, she was original just on Glee as a teacher for some of the cast to learn the Single Ladies dance, so I would say she is more than capable. It doesn't hurt that she is the best character in the show.
Well this is just jolly isn\'t it?

I said her 'catchy' music, not meaning all her music, she can go deep for everytime and other self writen piano stuff. You could also say the same for anyone as wel in terms of milking the pop music cow, as pop music is shallow whoever does it, what I'm saying is the best thing about Britney is unlike most others she doesn't try to dress it up to be something its not.

Well i like my baby it is not a brilliant song but i was happy that she wrote a song about her kids. As for circus song look at what Wikipedia says :
"Circus" is a pop song with influences of R&B and an electronic sound.
Some of you don't know the real definition of dance and r&B someone in here mixes between dance and trance music. Well Britney always surprise us and since we are having a song done by Tiesto she is going to take the euro-dance style which is different from the american one. I believe that Ke$ha's songs are euro-dance.

I can go on Wikipedia and type in "Circus" is a heavy metal rock song with classical instrumental breakdowns dotted throughout.

Yes, it can be tempting to respond to someone who doesn't share the same views/opinion as you do, but it's not worth all this mess.

If you do choose to respond, do so in a mature way and don't resort to playground level/hooker on the street class. A joke here and there is fine, but there's no need for this kind of mess.

So can we please, stay on topic(In a relevant to the topic/mature way). It's very simple. Our Love for Britney can make us do some crazy Shit but At least try. Thank you.
    I like you.
    Thank you.

Doubt it. This isn't Brit at her best. If she was a little more trained and pointed in the right directions we'd be getting xtina voice every performance. She forgot how to really sing since Jive pointed her in the wispher-sexy-voice direction. I like that Brit too, i just feel like the longevity of career eventually depends on her voice. People are going to get tired of 'miming'.

EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UM4f...eature=related This is my proof. Maybe she can't sing like this anymore, but this is my light of hope.

Well Every single artist has a voice trainer even Britney cause if she didn't have she wouldn't be able to keep a note in her songs and even in recording sessions. And after giving birth female voice changes and she can't have Chritina's voice cause a 2.5 octaves voice can't become a 4 octaves voice even if she trained 24/24, and when you are younger you can sing higher notes than you do when you are big, she had a wonderful voice at the age of 10 but with time it changes and that is a fact. Maybe if she got a lot of training when she was 10 she would have kept her voice but i doubt it.

I wasn't saying she could literally sing as good as Christina, I was saying she could sing GOOD, but better than right now. I was referring Tina cause she sings amazing. It wasn't literally.

She may had vocal lessons, it's my opinion she hasn't had none. It could be wrong or right.

  21. #10221
Well all her fans knows what she is capable to do with her voice when she wants. I mean, I'll never forget those high notes she does in Chaotic when she is singing "opera". Her deep tones are to die for! I mean, she isn't as good as Christina but I'm sure she has the potential to be better than the majority of female pop singers out there like Rihanna or Lady Gaga, for example.

I'm sure every Britney fan asked themselves "why she doesnt show her voice to the world?" once.

And her management knows it. She is only 28, she still has a lot to do with catchy pop music. Her voice will be her bit trump card when she couldnt milk the cow anymore. We all know she has her deep, almost alternative influences too! An album filled with Baby Boy / Let Go now? It'd be great but nah, people want her to do dance songs! Now imagine an album filled with those songs when she turns 35, 40, when people will think she is over cause she is old and "cant sing"? TA-DA!

I would love for her to do THIS:

Release VERY late in the year
Have the Christmas no.1 single + album (due largely to her stunning comeback performance on the X Factor)
    Thankyou
Well this is just jolly isn\'t it?
