I also saw them in Austin but at SXSW this year and didn't think much of them at all, leaving their set early to watch Fallulah, who was way better.

I watched three of Charlotte's SXSW sets and thought she was amazing!
I really love the new sound as I think her voice works really well with the tracks.
"Say it's true" was the stand out of each...
I've heard the song in full and it's awful compared to their old stuff. It's too beat heavy and reminds me of Tatu.
I love SB to bits but I think the EP bar the "funny" track is as dull as dishwater.
I'm hoping this is just a bit of a throwaway release and she's kept her better tracks for her third (or is it...
I think it gets loads better when the "We get one sweet moment..." bit appears around 2.30.
It has grown on me a lot anyway and the video's appearance made me dig out both her albums and her EP...
Anyone checked this out yet?
Anyone got any love for the new Icky Blossoms track "Babes"?
it's a decent dance track that I could see being a hit with the right promotion.

It's...
It's actually 5.19!
Listening to an official promo stream of the album and it's really good which has surprised me as I've not liked the last two singles and thought the Lorraine / Daybreak...
I was Watching Danny Dyers hardest men (or something like that!) last night and Shane was on it, sitting in a pub with a load of dodgy pikeys!!
I saw Sophie and her Mum watching Alex Roots at the Barfly in Camden last week.
I imagine she'll score after it!
I watched it on Friday and thought it was far better than I imagined it would be originally.
It's certainly more "Nick and Norah's infinite playlist" than HSM and I imagine the extremely young kids...
She's playing at the Abba tribute in London.
is there nothing this woman wont do?
I've got the sampler.
It's good but "New York" is still the stand out track for me.
I prefer Tilly and the wall!

I am envious! My iPod seriously needs more than one Paloma song on there right now. I'm going to have to keep my eyes peeled!

Listening to it as I type, it's very good!
I think her niche has long since departed!
Bought a five track album sampler from Ebay on Sunday for £3 and it's just popped through the door (speedy service) !
I bought it for "New York" as I couldn't find a leak but wasn't sure it was on...
I think they're a great live band and "`Wild young hearts" is probably my favourite song of the year (even though I originally heard it towards the end of 2008).
Here's a couple of my pictures from...
As wonderful as the song is you just know you'll be sick of the intro by the end of the year as I'm sure numerous TV shows will get their grubby hands on it, using the intro for trailers.
