‘Are You Leaving’: a Robynesque if slightly boring-sleeved song by Erik Hassle

Oh Erik Hassle, how do we love thee? Let us count the ways.

1. You make quite good pop songs, many of which were collected together on that ‘Pieces’ album we went a bit mental about a couple of years ago.

2. You’ve got quite good hair, as has already been discussed at some length.

3. You politely and selflessly continue to stay out of the UK charts and by doing so make room for all those excellent David Guetta productions about The Club and ‘chicks’ etc etc.

4. Er…

5. That’s it.

Oh, and:

6. You’ve got a newish single called ‘Are You Leaving’ that is really brilliant in a Robynesque sort of way.

Very listenable indeed.
